# Governance

Hebe is a community-based blockchain project. In the HebeBlock network, Hebe holders and us jointly multi-sign to manage uncirculated Tokens. Currently, we migrate to Ethereum Classic. This set of processes will be used in the future. will be implemented again.

Hebe holders can vote to participate in Hebe ecology/improvement of Hebe functions and other operations.
